Waterways Township

Waterways Township is a master-planned community of 2,230 acres in Savannah, Georgia, southeast of the Ford Plantation, with spectacular views of Red Bird Creek and the Ogeechee River. It is located in Bryan County, approximately 25 minutes south of downtown Savannah and 15 minutes east of I-95.

Fletcher Management (Jacksonville) has held an ownership position in this property since early 2005, during which time they have been responsible for all planning and entitlement of the project. The principals of Fletcher Management and Sunbelt Holdings have previous business relationships, which helped create discussions of a potential joint venture. The property has been under development and will be ready for sales in 2011.

Sunbelt Holdings’ involvement in Waterways Township includes facilitation, investment and strategic planning.
