This 670 acre site is a portion of the original acquisition of the Power Ranch 2,000 acre farm parcel located in east Gilbert (one of the fastest growing areas in the Valley), for development as a masterplanned golf course community in a joint venture with Shea Communities for Active Adults. This community includes 2,035 homes, a championship golf course, clubhouse, recreation center and an open space and trail system.

Sunbelt Holdings involvement in Trilogy at Power Ranch included both investment and management.
