Sonoran Foothills is an 800 acre project located in Phoenix’ dynamic North Valley Corridor. The project is one of several masterplanned communities emerging in the newest housing market within the City of Phoenix, and is designed to provide housing, employment, and shopping opportunities in a truly integrated master plan.

The project features an extensive trail system through a series of natural desert washes, preserved in their natural state. Project amenities include a clubhouse, community park, tennis, soccer field and pocket parks as well as a network of private trails connecting to the public trail system.

At build-out, Sonoran Foothills will include approximately 1,200 single-family residential units, 160 acres of commercial property, and a 480-unit luxury apartment community. The commercial component of the site comprises part of the designated core for commercial development in the north Phoenix area.
