Sheely Farms is a 400-acre community strategically located at the northeast corner of I-10 and Loop 101 (Agua Fria), between McDowell and Thomas Roads in Phoenix, Arizona. Sheely Farms was developed as a mixed-use masterplanned community which includes 230 acres of residential (both single- and multi-family), 101 acres of commercial (including a 48-acre site that is being developed by Banner Health Arizona for a regional hospital and associated medical office complex), a public park and an elementary school. Sheely Farms was completed in 2003, and all parcels have been sold.Sunbelt Holdings was involved as the developer of Sheely Farms.
