Tor Andenaes Chairman of the Board Tor Andenaes formed Sunbelt Holdings in 1979 to explore real estate opportunities in the Southwest. He has over 28 years of experience covering all aspects of international real estate development. Tor was the founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Tor Andenaes AS, presently Avantor AS, a well-known, publicly held real estate company in Norway. He holds an MA in Civil Engineering from The Norwegian Institute of Technology. Although Tor resides in Norway, where he is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of his foreign entities, he maintains active involvement with Sunbelt. |
