EXPERTISE

Sean Walters joined Sunbelt Holdings in 1998 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Sean’s expertise spans the gamut of development operations: due diligence, acquisition, entitlement, engineering, sales and construction.

Sean holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and is a registered Civil Engineer. Additionally, he is a licensed general contractor for Commercial and Residential Engineering Contracting in the State of Arizona.

Sean served in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps/Seabees from 1991-1995, earning the rank of Lieutenant.
