Heidi Kimball joined Sunbelt Holdings in 1982, and offers experience in asset disposition, due diligence, financial analysis, development, building start-up, leasing, tenant improvement construction and on-going management. Heidi is responsible for Sunbelt’s property management and brokerage activities and serves as the firm’s Designated Broker.

She earned a BA from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Property Manager and holds an Arizona Real Estate Brokers License.

Professional affiliations include the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Valley Partnership, and the KAET-TV Channel 8 ASU Community Advisory Board.
