Curt Smith Director Curt Smith joined Sunbelt Holdings in 1996. Curt brings to Sunbelt years of experience in the development of masterplanned communities, providing solid advice in this specialty area of the company’s activities. Curt’s vast development experience includes the public and private sectors, with Del Webb, GATX Capital and as the key person developing McDowell Mountain Ranch for Newhall Land and Farming Company. Curt holds a degree in Economics from California State University and a Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA. His community affiliations include Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, Scottsdale Charros, Valley Partnership, Scottsdale Water Advisory Group and Peoria Economic Development Commission. |
