SURPRISE FARMS

Surprise Village Company, a joint venture managed by Sunbelt Holdings and Carefree Partners, is developing this 1,400 acre masterplanned residential community located south of Arizona Traditions, another Surprise Village Company project in Surprise, Arizona.
The land was initially acquired in a raw, unentitled state, and required processing of the necessary approvals, including a development agreement with the City of Surprise.
At completion, the project will include approximately 6,800 residential units, 150 acres of open space and park areas, three schools, four churches, a fire station and 42 commercially zoned areas.
Sunbelt Holdings is involved as both an investor and in the management of the Surprise Farms community. |
