Stephanie J. Wilbanks
Director of Marketing

Stephanie Wilbanks joined Sunbelt Holdings as Marketing Director in 2001. She had previously served as a marketing consultant to Sunbelt’s master planned communities, beginning with McDowell Mountain Ranch in 1994. Her solid background in both advertising and corporate marketing offers a broad spectrum of marketing, advertising and public relations expertise.

Stephanie earned a BA, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University. She is a founding member of Women In Real Estate Development (WIRED), and has held a variety of chair positions with the Fiesta Bowl, fine arts organizations and parent councils. She sings with the Phoenix Symphony Chorus and is a member of the Phoenix Symphony Chorus Council.
