Acquired as a 2,000-acre farm parcel located at Power Road between Pecos Road and Ocotillo Road in Gilbert (one of the fastest growing areas of the Valley), the property has been divided into two separate developments: Power Ranch and Trilogy at Power Ranch.
Power Ranch was entitled with the Town of Gilbert and developed as an active family planned community on 1,414 acres between Pecos and Queen Creek Roads. The plan integrates 5,400 housing units with over 200 acres of open space and amenities including tree-lined streets, 100 acres of turf, trails, 25 parks, two community clubhouses, fishing lakes, pools, sport fields and two elementary schools as well as 140 acres of retail, office and commercial space.
Power Ranch was ranked #1 Masterplanned Community: Phoenix for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2010 and #2 in 2006 and 2007. It was named Neighborhood of the Year 2006 by the Gilbert Community Excellence Awards and was voted Best Masterplanned Community of 2009 by the readers of az.central.com. Power Ranch ranked on the list of best selling masterplanned communities in the country for several years.
