Vice President

Bob joined Sunbelt Holdings as Vice President in January of 2007. His responsibilities include the day to day operations at Sunbelt’s Vistancia master planned community located in Peoria, Arizona.

Bob has gained 20 years of valuable experience working for private civil engineering firms as well as private and major public homebuilders. His experience includes entitlements, land acquisition, land planning and development, customer service, purchasing and home construction.

He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is a
Registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in California and Arizona. He is past President of Arizona Society of Civil Engineers and a member of the Chi Epsilon National Civil Engineering Honor Socitey.
